Innovative Wood-Fuelled Hot Air Blowers by Ember Air Ltd & Eco Angus

Ember Air Ltd, in partnership with Eco Angus, has developed a highly efficient range of wood-fuelled hot air blowers. These advanced systems deliver a continuous stream of clean hot air directly from the gasification combustion process at an impressive rate of 2,400m³ per hour.

By eliminating water as a heat transfer medium, these blowers achieve greater efficiency, reaching airstream temperatures of up to 120°C. Without the limitations of water absorption, there’s no need for costly accumulators, and risks such as freezing or corrosion are completely removed. This makes the Angus Orligno 600 range a more affordable, durable, and high-performance heating solution for a variety of applications.

The reefer units are already insulated and ready to go

The benefit of an insulated shipping container is that they are lined with Aluminum or Stainless Steel and won't rust out in a few years. Not to mention that when the wood starts to sweat, it prevents making mold. It also prevents condensation as its properly designed to handle low and high temperatures.

Container kilns are a great choice for optimized results, not to mention energy saving as it keep its internal temperature (the insulated ones).

However, if you buy a standard shipping container made from Iron, you will have to insulate it, not to mention the wood floor is not ideal.
